Directions for Use 

Take a few drops & pour into your bathing water OR can be used in a diffuser for aromatherapy. It can also be mixed with ROCKSIDE K h a d i Sweet Almond oil for good fragrance. Store in a dry place, away from direct sunlight. Use everyday to calm & relax your mind. Use daily before going to bed while meditating.
